Who we are
Move Savant is run by [LEGAL NAME] in Nashville, Tennessee. When this page says "we", it means that company.
What we collect
Only what you type into the two forms on this site.
- Book a demo: your name, company, work email, how many trucks you run, and optionally your phone number, how many locations you have, what you use today and what is driving you nuts.
- Join early access: your name, work email, company and how many trucks you run.
Like any website host, Cloudflare sees ordinary request details such as your IP address and browser when a page or a form is loaded. We do not run advertising cookies or trackers. If we add analytics later, we will say so here.
The pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for the font file.
What we do with it
When you send a form, our server checks it and emails it to Bryce Adkins, the founder, through Postmark, our email delivery service. Bryce uses it to write back, set up a demo, or tell you when Move Savant opens to more movers. We do not keep your request in a separate database. The copy that matters is the email in Bryce's inbox, plus whatever delivery records Postmark keeps under its own terms.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We will not add you to a general mailing list without asking you first.
Where it is hosted
The site and the form handler run on Cloudflare. Email goes through Postmark. Both may process data outside Tennessee.
Delete or correct your request
Email [email protected] and ask us to delete or fix what you sent. We will do it and tell you when it is done.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
